On February 26, 2021, we filed suit on behalf of Mary Caldwell against the rehab facility, Liberty Commons of Kernersville for the company’s illegal discrimination of its employees on the basis of their age and disabilities in violation of federal law.
McCarthy et al v. Active Energy Group, PLC et al
On February 10, 2021, on behalf of Daniel McCarthy and Phil Scalzo, Firm filed suit in in the Eastern District of North Carolina against a conglomerate of alter egos acting on the behalf of Active Energy Group, PLC — a publicly traded company headquartered in England. The suit seeks hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages for inducing its employees into performing work on deceitful and false promises of future payment. As it would turn out, active energy group, rather than paying its six-figure wage debts, absconded left its former employees high and dry.
Sasso et al v. Tesla, Inc.
On behalf of two nationwide classes, Firm filed its First Amended Class Action Complaint against Tesla alleging that the famously beautiful Tesla touchscreen fails to meet automotive heat-stress standards resulting in a “yellow band” around the perimeter of the screen, and that Tesla has a policy of knowingly misrepresenting consumers’ warranty rights.
